Enderun is home to many of the country’s experienced chefs. Among them is Sonja Ocampo whose store in Serendra renewed the people’s love for cupcakes. Her Food Lovers’ Course will have participants prepare and make the batter from scratch, bake them to perfection, and pipe the frosting for that beautiful finish. Allow the young chef to teach you how to make the cupcakes that made her famous.
To qualify for the promo, simply name three chefs from the Enderun faculty who have been featured or have contributed in Yummy magazine and/or Yummy.ph. Here are some clues:
1 He is featured under the People section of the website. He did his internship at Le Soufflé and considers Chef See Cheong Yan as his mentor.
2 She has shared many recipes for Yummy magazine already, among them is a story on food for elementary students, which includes Oatmeal Drops and Chicken Parmesan Fingers.
3 In the Jan-Feb 2010 issue of Yummy, he was among the chefs featured in the “Be A Better Cook” story, where he shared his favorite shopping places, like Capiz for oysters and Palawan for lobsters.
