Do you have a Physical Activity?
Came from an industry where you are always on the go, the Hospitality Industry, will give you enough activities to burn down those fats. It is like your form of exercise that is why even you don't go to the gym often, you feel rejuvenated. It is because your body is always on the move and your body is working burning the fats. But, what if you suddenly have a career shift? A career wherein you have less activities and you spent most of the day in front of your computer. A change of career but same amount of food intake. Well, you will have a problem there in the long run. Because, your body will not have enough activities to bring down those fats. The time you spent working in front of the computer is also the same time your body is storing fats on your body. And with you continuously doing this, you might end up gaining weight. So, it is important to match your lifestyle with an exercise that will compensate to the amount of food you are eating.

You're right! Online workers should have physical activity, too. Mine is dropping my son off at school every morning (we walk only) and climbing the stairs (5 floors) going up to our unit.
