Experimental Template

I am busy studying and experimenting different template/header for my blogs. It was already uploaded in my other blog but still needs few modifications and all. I just want to see what it'll look like. Uploading the header is alright but I have a problem on the background. The one that I used only covered half of the page and I don't know how to adjust it to make apply it to the whole page.
